This Munich-style Helles Lager pays homage to its traditional German roots. It’s golden in color and medium bodied with a malt-forward flavor. A touch of German hops leads to a subtle fruit and floral finish. This beer is soft, delicate, refreshing and drinkable.

PILSNER NO.2

4.5% ALC BY VOL.

We love our lagers- there is something special about a cold-fer- mented libation that makes the beer gods, and us drinkers really smile. Pilsner No. 2 is an International Pilsner, blending both German and Japanese characteristics into one of the most widely enjoyed styles of beer in the world.

IPA NO.3

4.4% ALC BY VOL.

Glowing yellow haze with a rich white head that dissipates to an inviting halo. Orange, black-raspberry and fruit punch notes with suggestions red grapefruit in the aroma. Sits soft and fills the mouth with moderate carbonation.

IPA NO.7

5.5% ALC BY VOL.

Hazy, brilliant orange with a fluffy head that clings to the glass. Notes of tangerines & heady marijuana and apricot jam. Medium-full bodied with a heavy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation with an assertive back-end bitterness.

IPA NO.8

7.0% ALC BY VOL.

IPA No. 8 is our latest foray into the juicy haze world. It pours with an almost opaque deep orange haze and a thick creamy head, filling the room with an intense tropical aroma. This citrus-driven beer is highlighted by notes of fresh orange juice and ripe peach.

KOLSCH NO.2

5.5% ALC BY VOL.

Faded gold in color with heavy lacing and a pillowy head, KOLSCH NO.2 presents aromas of fresh bread dough, underripe apple and Honey Teddy Grahams. The first sip reveals spicy & floral notes supporting a backbone of steel cut oats with a drizzle of honey. Light and dry on the palate.

GOSE NO.1

4.2% ALC BY VOL.

Vibrant straw color with dense head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of watermelon rind, sour candy and a hint of cereal grain. Tart & refreshing. Light bodied & highly carbonated.

WHEAT NO.1

As the seasons begin to change and the sun stays in the sky a little longer, we start thinking of those beers that help transport us into the warmer times. One of the most refreshing beer styles we think of for this is German-style Hefeweizen, this beer is our favorite iteration of this iconic style.

SUMMER ALE NO.1

4.7% ALC BY VOL.

Pours gold in color with a thin white head giving off the aroma of biscuit and lemon peel. Medium-thin mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Azacca hops flavor is present with smooth bready notes with a touch of honey on the back-end, where the lemon zest starts to shine.

FEST NO.1

6.3% ALC BY VOL.

Our Fest-style beer draws cues from traditional Bavarian roots, utilizing German malts and hops. While we believe all beer should be celebrated, this beer asks for it by name. Originally brewed in 1810 and shifting marginally through the ages with improving technology, the modern Festbier is golden, balanced, and surprisingly refreshing for its ABV.

WINTER NO.1

5.6% ALC BY VOL.

Winter No. 1 is a classic hoppy ale that walks the line between Pale and India Pale Ale. Balanced malts and hops provide flavor, bitterness and piney traditional aromas that are as comforting as your favorite sweater on a brisk night.

STOUT NO.1

6.6% ALC BY VOL.

Pours to a black glass capped with a rich tan head, aromas of dark chocolate and light-roast coffee and a hint of citrus zest. Medium-full mouthfeel with creamy residual flavors and mild alcohol notes.
